Appointments and Tax Deadlines

Happy New Year! Thank you for your business and loyalty throughout the years. We look forward to serving your tax preparation needs in 2021. To keep you and our employees safe during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we are planning to conduct most appointments virtually this season. You may continue to use our optional online scheduling system or call our office directly to schedule your virtual appointment. Should you have specific challenges that make a virtual appointment impossible, please reach out to our office to discuss and we will work to safely accommodate your needs as best we can. Any necessary documentation provided after April 10, 2020 will result in your return being put on a filing extension, and completed after the April 15 tax filing deadline. NOTE: Additional charges will apply for preparation of filing extension documentation. All necessary tax documentation to support your tax return should be reviewed in advance and timely submitted. Double check accuracy of all information. Provide documentation on any Foreign Bank Accounts to avoid any related IRS penalties. These accounts have special reporting and compliance requirements. Real Estate transactions - provide your HUD settlement sheet for any real estate sale or purchase in 2020. Local Taxes can vary; be sure to bring any local tax forms you have received.
